Apartment Analyzer Software
I am going to be aquiring some apartment buildings in my area in the next few weeks. I would like to know if there any property analyzer software programs, that I can use that are affordable? Any suggestions?
The software should be able to determine the loan constant, and discounted cash flow rate (how the property may perform in the future).
