A Good Book?

Hello,
I was surfing the web for any information regarding cross-collateralization and found this message board. I am extremely unexperienced with the purchase of real estate, mortgages, and cross-colaterization, yet I see how financially beneficial it can be for my future. I wondered if you could recommend a book (or some books) for me to read so that I might gain a better understanding of these topics.

Thank you! cool grin

Of the books that I have read cross collateralization is only covered by a paragraph. Its a pretty cut and dry method, If your credit and property doesnt cover the needed requirements the lender will consider cross collateralization as a booster to get the loan. The amount you will need to cross collateralize will be depoendant upon the loan amount, lender and your credit. Your best bet is to offer it with your next deal and see how it flies.

    Good Luck,
    Kyle
