I dont understand are you offering the deal to sell or are you trying to get financing? If you are selling you should list it in the TCI Realty section, If you are looking for financing there are lenders in the TCI lenders tab that do cash out refi.
Kyle, yes I did. 4 came up and 2 were too high for credit score.
One was Novastar, I am sure once they realize its a "home" 3 plex zoned commerical they will run away fast.
I was hoping someone may know of another lender who takes these type of properties and loan amounts under 60K
