200+ Multi-Family Course Needed
Is there a course/company around that covers property management/investment from A-Z in the area of apartment properties in the 200+ unit range? This is for someone with little property management experience, but with plenty of investors.

Try the Institute of Real Estate Management. They have a website (IREM). Their website has lots of good links to other programs. Call them, tell them your situation, and get chatty with them. Ask them if they know anyone offering any course that would be helpful to you. (Don't narrow down their range of answers - they might know of things that you don't know you need.)
