Tom Kish
Tom Kish is complaining about a thread relating to him:

I think the final post, calling him a scam artist, is the problem. How do we deal with something like this? One part of me wants to encourage free flow of information- if he is in fact a scam artist this information should be available. Yet if he is not, should posters be allowed to call him one? Is there any liability issue here?

Hi Chris.... I would consider this final comment an unwarranted personal attact that should be modified or deleted.
You know, scam artists usually leave an ugly trail. I have seen no such trail for Tom Kish.
Anyone can sell a minimal value product (like I believe Tom Kish does) without being considered a scam artist.
Any other opinions?
