Question About Large Accounts
We are starting to construct Features for the Super-Star Access and Hall-Of-Famer access.
Besides Property Management, we are also thinking of giving the Hall-of-Famers a 3 day head start on the property listings in the Properties area.
What are you comments on this??
I would make it a full week, as some of the people I have dealt with only check the board once a week.
I would also start a forum just for them so that everyone couls see the forum, but not get in. It would serve as a mystique area, that would entice others to upgrade there existing account.
To sweeten the pot there are also some 1-800 lawyer MLM's you could offer with a paid account, that would give them free consultations and letters written. The cost is less than 20 a month and you could up the price accordingly. Besides you get a kickback every month as well for extra profit.
The thing to do lately also, is to get more than one site as well, if you could make a deal with one of the other listing sites like realty trac, etc to get a discounted price, you could offer that access as well. given the cost though you may want to make that its own category and higher price.
If all else fails I am sure John Locke would give away all his courses for free to your favorite customers, as well as take them out to lunch lol
