Came across this post in the Rehab section.

I deem it as solicitation.....for parts.
My vote is to contact poster about same and then delete.
While I can applaude a persons "thriftiness" this more often then not leads to problems when dealing with hvac, electrical and plumbing issues.
I have seen the results of some of this "thriftiness" when doing home inspections.

I would agree it is solicitation and for something that could be a problem.
