Opinion Based Forum On Lenders?
I keep getting people wanting to know info on this or that lender or mortgage broker. would it make sense to have a forum on lenders? I know it would end up being a complaint based forum, but it would give me somewhere to shove the people that ask "has anyone done business with XXX?" or Can someone refer me to a good no money down lender?.
Also I personally would like to look up some of the lenders I am about to try and see if there are any legitamite complaints about them.
It may be a bad idea, but its a topic that comes up in every forum here. Your thoughts Joel? any moderators, what do you all think?

Actually, I think it would be a good idea instead to having a rating system for the lenders in the lenders tab section, kind of like the reviews on the stuff in the shopping area.
We could still refer them to the lender section, and people could review other users opinions.
