New Lender Fishing Rules
If you see a person Lender Fishing, please remind them that we now have the Preferred Lender Program now available.
We have brought on board Brian, who has come from National Cooperative Bank. He has been in the Commercial Lending Business for quite sometime. He is the one manning the PLP.
Borrowers can look through our database of Lenders, Brian looks over the deal, submits the deal to four lenders. Borrower makes a decision of who they want to go with.
This is similar to www.c-loans.com and www.lendingtree.com but the process has been created by Brian and I from the ground up. Similar to how the properties database was created with Mark and our development team.
