Okay Ms. WendyPatton has posted this in reply to a question about some other writers:
" David Finkle and Peter Conti do have a good reputation and are good solid business people. They have a great book on lease options. I used to give that book as part of my course, until I finished my book. They are solid and experienced."
To me, this just looks like an ad for her book, but I wanted some other moderators' opinions first.

this may be petty, but if this whole ranking system is based on post, why was she allotted 520 post. I really am not all that concerned, but someone may look at her "joined" date and put 2 and 2 together and have an issue with it. I don't know how things are done but just looks kinda suspect.

Joel has the option to bestow any rank to anyone, and it seems by default, well known persons or channel partners get a "3 house" status.
Personally, I think that they ought to work in the trenches with everyone else, but it's only my opinion.

I sent a PM to Wendy basically I told her that there were some pretty sharp pro's who post here.
I told her to use caution on how she posts, she is new and has not built any credibility with the Moderators or Posters.
Her first article did her no justice, she should have built some credibility then a more temperate article would have been appropriate, leading up to the be a Realtor and do L/O deals.
She is anxious to sell her product, which then she upsells to her seminars once the purchaser bites the apple.
Let's see how she handles herself in a few more posts, if it is about her book in every post then she can be pulled up.
Roger, her post is iffy at best, if she has the stamina to handle a bad post she makes I will be surprised.
