This guy is apparently a new channel partner and a board hustler to boot. I just deleted 3 of his first 5 posts because they were nothing more than "buy my book, buy my book!" The other two posts had to be heavily edited to stay up.
Would someone please inform this "gentleman" to either stay off of the forums or at least take the time to read the rules. It's bad when you have to delete channel partners for board hustling.

I sent some of the links to these posts to Joel and he notified DB to stop.
The advertising is getting tough to control lately, the paper notes forum has just about every mortgage broker putting ads up, also.

What's the story with this guy Cash? Do you know him (or of him)? Is he going to actually be a benefit to the board, or just someone else trying to sell his wares.

I don't know anything about this guy, except he did not show any respect for the board or it's members by the way he posted.
Let's see if he posts to help posters, or if his first shabang was self promotion and that was it.
