I appreciate the invite but I must reluctantly decline, the projects I have going are several weeks (months in some cases) behind that I can not break away to head up to Hendersonville. (Im working mostly in Cabarrus and Rowan County right now)
If you are in those areas sometime then let me know in advance...............you know how contractors are.....its hard enough for us to keep to our daily schedules. lol

repoman is a code name for an IRS Agent who monitors this board, under a Federal Court Order sent to the guy you asked about named Joel.

And Joel is actually a Chineese spy who is residing in North Carolina. It is believed he is buying up property for the sole purpose of undermining our economy.
He also runs a website that exist to help launder his money as well as using same to send coded messages to his fellow agents.....ie. $Cash$, commericalking, and many others.
Being this is an ongoing investigation, no attempt should be made to apprehend same.

This is the kind of stuff i hate to hear...unspecting people buying into the scam of "get rich quick" without really knowing what they are doing.....
He is interesting and has been around for awhile. I came down on him some time ago for an antagonistic attitude towards other posters and members..

Sometimes you come across people in your life you are drowning in bad decisions and dont realize it or worse they dont know when to get out of the water.
That is the purpose of a lifeguard....................sounds to me like you should drop him a private note and talk to him a little to find out the situation and possibly offer sound advice.
How many times in our life would we have appreciated such an offer........................worse case scenario is that he blows you off................but then you conscience is cleared.
