Calling All Moderators
Just wanted to thank everybody for becoming a moderator. As you know we are very concerned about how the forums are reviewed and moderated.
By using the rules and regulations at the top, you can use that as a good guide to find out what to do with a topic or post.
We are allowing the moderators to be able to talk to each other by using this forum. And if you have any questions, please feel free to post them here for other moderators to see.

Is this the forum I would now use to question whether an individual is violating the posting rules?
How about just reporting a violation for a forum in which I am not a moderator?
Yes this is the forum. In the future, we will put a 'Report this Post' button up on the Forums so anybody not just the moderator can take action on it.

As you all can tell I have been locking and eventually deleting topics involving "looking for investors / lenders".
I have been advising them to look into the lenders section.
