Advertising In The Signature Line
Moderators,
You should be looking out for little advertisments within the signature/tagline area of a user's post. I've noticed that several are currently using that has a billboard area.
I've notified a few that this is a forums rules violation. We'll see if it works or not.

clear2close is a big violator of this with his website hidden in that area.
he thinks he is cute by getting around the rules by putting in the word "dot com"

I'd check with Joel about conflix's tag and advertising since he is advertising a TCI sponsered group. Not sure exactly where this would fall.

I am working on a way so users will know when somebody is in a group, so they don't have to advertise in the forum.
Once you see a little group icon next to people who are in groups, you will know when to lay down the law. Until then, I think we can permit this, as we don't really have any other way to advertise the groups.
