A Board Hustler?

This last post by realestatedork intrigued me:

Sounds like Jason has been charging for "training." Question is, is this enough to permanently ban him from this site?

THis guy has a huge ego! I have looked at his website and it is more of the same without any more substance. Mostly just attack dog mentality.
Tinman is at the top of the list and I have yet to see anything of substance out of her yet. SHe answers questions in bits and pieces, says more than anyone yet leaves you feeling dumber for having read her comments
