I am not a moble home investor but reading the other post it sounds like there is money to be made. quantity not quality (this is not a dig on MH investor) seems like less of a risk as well.
The ROI seams to be very good. The problem comes when you get ready to sale smaller parks. Most lenders will only go 70 to 80% LTV. So usually you will have to carry some paper.
