Vanderbilt Repo Question
Does anybody have any experience or dealings with them and their repos? I have contacted them about some in my area. They told me to look at the properties and submit a bid then once they have 3 bids within range they close the bids and sell to the highest. Any info anybody has would be great. Thanks
