Vacant Lots: Are they good for mobile homes?
I've been eyeing several vacant lots with the interest of buying the property (which is property of the county: tax forcelosures) The properties are in residential areas, so I figure to rent the land out to mobile home owners, or even buy a mobile home and charge for rent a land. How and what do I do to prepare the land for a mobile home usage (zoning, plumbing, power) Please help??? :)

Glad to meet you.
You would start at your County Planning Office or equivalent in your area. They will give you what the zoning is where the lots are located.
A little hard to guess since you said it was a residential area where the lots are located. Sounds like SFH zoning.
