Used Mobile Home Notes

New to the site, very informative! Would someone please explain to a newbie just what these are? I've been researching MH investing, read both books by Lonnie Scruggs however, I don't remember this subject being covered? Would this be a more reasonable alternative to traditional buying and selling and/or becoming a landlord for a newbie committed to making REI their next career?
