Start Mobile Home Park for rental Income
Have someone who has 5 acres of land. Property has already been checked and is suitable for well and septic. I can go 50/50 on the land and will be allowed to start out with 4 trailers.
I need financing for the trailers, well, and septic.....the land was only 13000, 50% of monthly payments is only 75.00
The rental income will get me close to 700/month. Another plus is a manmade lake is coming close by, will raise the property well above 13000
please give advice for financing, considering putting together a package for the bank.....could very well use VA, I'm in the military.

The property is located 15 minutes off I-40 middle/west tennessee. It's only 30 minutes from Jackson, Tn.
Nothing is setup yet, we had the land tested to make sure we were authorized to put a septic in, it was good.
I already partnered up for the land, I'll have to wait until I sell my house prior to financing the septics, well, trailers, etc....
What is it that you think you could help with?
