Seeking Info For MH Park Development
I currently have a couple of MHs that I rent out, but on property that I do not own. With exception to some really bad tenants at the outset, I have been very happy with the experience and am considering filtering considerably more investment capital into this area via a MH Park. I am just getting started in the due dilligence process and would like any information that would be helpful in this process. Specifically:
1) sources of info on utility hookup cost by development size?
2) approval requirements, permits, etc.
3) sources to find current market multiple to value existing parks
4) sources for estimating other costs and other info, e.g. slab requirements for each unit, roads/driveways, appropriate lot spacing, etc.
Any information would be greatly appreciated.
