use the internet is one way. search for manufactured home repos. you will get a flood of sites.
Another way is to start calling up places that sell manufactured homes and ask if they have lender repos books. If they dont know what your talking about there not telling the truth. There are many lenders that put out repo books, and there are thousands and thousands of repos. Every manufacture that you call will have a list of repo homes that they have in inventory. All so when you buy a repo you should get an automatic 30% short sale of what is owed on the note. make sure you ask about it.
