Which is the best way to go anyone have any insight on this?
If they are already on there own systems (multi) or a single I would not include them.
I agree with the previous posters, always let them pay utilities on their own unless their on a combined meter...#1 rent looks cheaper #2 they are more energy efficient if they pay the bill themselves...
WITHOUT!!!!!! I just left a rental house to find the outside water running - looks like many days worth of water!
