    Not sure at moment about Fence but possible!!!

    Dbl Wide .... Yes!!! I have Dbl Wides though most of mine are Single Wides I am buying 5 Dbl Wides in the next week.

    The Down payment is workable at $3500.00 however, downpayment is only part as we would need to varify ability to pay. No this is not a credit worthiness check but we do check 2 things... one income (verifiable) and Credit to make sure there are no Landlord Judgements.

    As far as anywhere ours are in GA!!!

    hi about our mobile home you asked about renting to own

    1. The park we live in will not allow us to rent we have to sell it

    2. they also will not allow fences
