Quick Claim Question
My friend's boyfriend bought her out on the condo they currently live in. The mortgage& title is still under my friend's name. They now want to transfer the title to the boyfirend. The boyfirend plans to get his own mortgage. Can the title be transferred to the boyfriend's name if the boyfriend simply files a QUICK CLAIM ? Are there any tax ramifications on my friend.
