Question: Looking To Purchase Doublewide In Foreclosure
Please Help Me!!! I am looking at purchasing a doublewide on a lot in a mobilehome park that is in foreclosure.Here is the www.problem.There is a deed to the lot but no title can be found for the www.doublewide.Can this doublewide be titled? DMV says I would have to find who owned it before it went back to the bank and get a record of that person for the past five years and then I could possibly get it www.titled.Of course the problem with that is that I found the person but of course their phone has been disconnected.How can I or can I get this titled and also how can I find out if there are any liens against this doublewide? :-?
