Pre-foreclosure
I had a call on one of my signs and the guy is going into foreclosure on a mobile home. He owes 54655.41 to the bank. I am not sure if this property is woth this much. I can't find any comps in the area. His APR is 12.299%
Any recommendations on how to help this guy out and still make a profit?

Call a realtor, if the realtor can't find comps, get it appraised.
