tired of landlording. Currently own 2 sfh-- rent one and the other was a rehab and did a lease-purchase on it. Option matures on it in Sept. of this year. Just sold another rehab in October of 02. Market getting tough now due to stock market-- people coming from everywhere to invest in sfh's. Deals extremely difficult to find. Thought this would be a good niche market and returns seem good.
