The author, Lonnie Scruggs, of VA, has put his heart and soul into trying to help you & me make money with MHs, and not throw our $$$ down the drain.
I'm sure you can find DOW on this site, also at most any bookstore. It's the classic, not expensive, and has started lots of MH investors on their way to making some great investment returns on their money.
I have no financial interest in DOW, but you can bet it's on my bookshelf, well read, more than once.
