New To MH Investing

Hello evryone. I am seriously considering investing in MH. Does anybody have samples of the Contract, Promissory Notes and Purchase agreement that I could use in this business venture. Are there any other legal documents involved in this business? Any replies would be much appreciated. TIA.

    Get a copy of "Deals on Wheels" it has all that.

    Do a search for "Lonnie Scruggs" or "Deals on Wheels" and you'll quickly find it.

    One of the cheaper REI books, and one of the best.
