Need Insurance For 5 Unit Mobile Home Park In NY

Try Foremost Insurance. If they aren't able to help, check a local REIA group for an Agent who is familiar with REI. What company insures it now? If you know, see if they will write you a new policy. Good luck.

I have a 5 unit park and own all the mobile homes and my insurance is with EMC. I just aquired it about 5 months ago so I know they will still cover them.

I use State Farm. They give decent rates and I am always able to work things out. In our area there are quite a few. Your best bet is probably Ken Gray who is on Manchester road in Poughkeepsie. He is in the book. There may even be someone closer to you in the book.
