New to forum. Am interested in buying manufactured home and putting it on my own lot in Southern California as primary residence. What resources are
available on the internet to help me find lots for sale and manufactured homes that meet codes? Appreciate any help here.
Find a blue book value and make a decision from there. That will give you an idea if you are getting a good value or not. I think you can get a better deal myself.
