Need A Home With Acreage

lizmichael profile photo

I am looking for a home with acreage in Arizona.

I currently live in a 5-bd manuf. home, forclosed upon, it is in dispute between the mortgage company and the county registrar over back taxes. I need to have a buyer who is willing to pay cash to the mortgage company/county and then lease, lease/purchase, or sell to me with a note.

Or conversely, we need the same kind of deal on some other house.

Must have acreage enough for our birds.

Did you have an escrow with the mortgage company?? If you did, and the mortgage company has not paid the taxes and you are current on the mortgage, it is their fault. I have a friend who went through the same situation several years ago.Yes, it was ugly.

If you happen to be behind on your mortgage, the board can help you out with that also. You dohave options. Some of the more experienced people on the board can help you out with that.

You may want to post the financial numbers to give a better picture of the situation.

Also, get a hold of a Realtor® in your area, and have them pull comps for your current property. It helps to know the true market value of the property if you need to go the short sale route.

Please don't take this as being insentive, but if I was given the choice over going through a foreclosure and keeping birds, I would choose taking care of myself every time.

First of all, I should make clear that WE were not the people foreclosed upon, it was the people we were leasing from. At least one of whom is now dead. We have attempted to buy the property through the entire process.

As for the birds, the geese at least are like our children. Maybe YOU could get rid of your children, but we don't think like that.

The situation is weird: the mortgage company itself is in bankruptcy, and have never executed the writ to get rid of us.

Anyway, we are looking for either this property or several other neighborhood REO's like it. We're not committed to this specific property. We just need a place, and wherever that place is, the birds will be also, allowed or not.

Please don't use the slippery slope logic equating your birds to my children.

I treat my children great, and they are very well fed, as a matter of fact, we just got back from a restaurant that has a nice selection of waterfowl.

Well, I'm sure my chickens would also eat human meat., although I have never had the opportunity to "test" that.

Notwithstanding, I didn't post this to get sarcastic, philosophical replies, but to find a co-investor. Please, everyone, keep all inquiries to the topic. I am a member of plenty of political philosophy groups if any want to join them and talk about "slippery slopes".
