Mobile Homes And Tax Sales

I live in PA and have recently recieved a copy of my county's repository tax sale inventory. There 62 MH on leased lots available in my county. Arethese good investments if they are in marketable shape? How does this work?
Any help appreciated!! oh oh

    Depends on what you want to do with them, how fast you can do it, how little you pay for them, and how much you have in reserve to fall back on. You can make a fortune, or you can lose your hiney dependant upon the above variables.

    The min. bid on these MHs is $50. They have all been through the upset saleand the juditial sale, they are on the repository list. Cambria county is a depressed area and moving used MH should prove to be an easy task. I plan on financing them myself with a required down payment of my expences in the unit; aquisition, moving, storage and cleaning.
