Mobile Home Sales Contract
Well I've never been a mobile hopme searcher, but I found one that looks promising. Is there a special sales contract to use when buying a mobile home park as opposed to a single family property. Also what kind of insurance should I expect to pay for a 10 unit park with 4 empty lots? Thanks

You are scary if you'd even contemplate buying MHP without doing a lot of local RE research and finding out what it's worth there, the history of the MHP, its income level and potential, etc.
Suggest you find good local commercial RE agent to help you as buyer's agent. OR is blessed with a bunch of good ones.
I may even be able to refer you if you have trouble finding somebody helpful as I do know a lot of the commercial guys/gals down there.
