Mobile Home Sale
If you buying a mobile home and it has some defects and the seller was unaware of them when he bought the home. Is there any recourse? Or is the home sold as is. Is it different than a single family resident? Is it more like if you buy a car and it has faulty brakes and then you get in to an accident was it the original owners fault. Or was it yours for not fixing the brakes.
