Have 57 acres halfway between Dallas and Oklahoma City on I-35 at Exit 24, already selling . Restrictions of 1200 ft. Mobile homes allowed with proper foundations, etc. Will take partner who will provide mobile homes and I will finance land for up to 15 yrs. Much demand in the area for owner financed land-home packages on used and new homes. The lots are minimum of 1 acre and all are beautiful with large trees left throughout. what kind of partner do you have? i'd liek to do something like this. i'd like to bring in some homes and maybe buy some of the land out there and rent it out also. how much money are we talking about here?
Blueclassring, I do not have a partner on the 57 acre MH project. Sold 11.15 acres
yesterday to a Dallas investor for $ 6500. per acre with a 10 year finance at 9%. 1 acre lots are averaging $9800. I take notes back for up to 15 yrs. with low dwn. pmts.
