Mobile Home Financing
Can anyone out there help me find a lender that will finance M.H's as an ivestment. There are many out there, alot of them repo's, that I think would be great to resell with owner financing then sell the note. I have found people to buy the notes, but am having trouble finding lenders to get me started with the initial financing. Thanks.
If you actually have people that can perform, meaning they will actually buy the note.... such people are rare, why not create the note yourself, and do a simultaneous close, or actually carry it yourself for a while and then sell it to your people?

The phone number I have is for California ... but I do know they have offices in other states. At least contact the California office to obtain an office closer to you. Or maybe they can finance it for you.
