Marketing A MH Lot In Baldwin County, AL.
Is there a "Trade Publication" for mobile homes & mobile home lots located in the state of AL.? Poss. known MH brokers in the area? Have the "local" newspapers, not too helpful & expensive. Looking for something related to put a ad in, dealing with this type of RE. Please don't suggest a agent. Looking for specific , not general info. if possible. Thank You in Advance! Mark :-o

Buyers always are looking to buy lots to place their new manufactured homes.

I would probably try a couple of good mobile home parks in your area. Visit the residents in the park and talk to them. You would probably see a few of them hanging out in their yard. They could be a valuable resource. Introduce yourself and say you have a mobile home/lot for sale,chances are that they may be interested or they may have friends or family who might be interested. Do it with 3 or 4 parks and you would have identified a few prospects already :
