Locating an interested investor
I am a freshman to the purchasing / saling side of the real estate market. I am interested in finding a local investor that would be interested in working with me in the area. I am mostly interested in dealing with pre-foreclosure homes and I understand that the window of deal time is not very lengthy. I just don't want to find a deal that could be either an assign or a good rehab and miss it because I don't have an investor lined up. I am located in the NW Georgia area. If any advice is available it would be greatly appreciated.

I'm in the atlanta area. I'm new as well and headed down the same road. If you would like to possibly discuss spliting advertising costs for investor ads or creating a pool of potential investors for each other...let me know. Maybe we can unite brain cells and/or cushion the start-up costs for each other
