Just Looked At A Park
I looked at a mobile home park last weekend, in an AZ summer resort area. Got to get used to "ugly" investments! The cash flowed seemed good on paper, for the price, but the location had no potential and the area was comparable properties, as you would expect. Oh well, keep looking.
