Hello, I have a lot very close to Lake Tenkiller in Oklahoma. It has all utilities and is ready to go. Had a Realtor tell me a package with a home would be priced at about $69,000. Fast sell for $55-60k. The lot's worth about $13k. I'm looking for someone that has a doublewide in Fort Smith or Muskogee to work a deal. Let's talk. Steve

    I am curious about what the part "not the wheels on conrete" has to do with financing. Thanks.

    Dansails,

    A lot of lenders won't finance a mobile/land package unless the mobile has been put on a permanent foundation as opposed to set up on blocks with the wheels stored underneath. They don't want you to pick up the mobile and move it.
