Hold MH In Personal Property Trust?
Do you guys hold title to your MHs in personal property trusts? I've done two Lonnie deals and the partner I was working with suggested I use PPTrusts. Kinda like a land trust, but for property other than real property. How are yall holding title to your MHs?
