Hey got me a great Deal today guys!!!
I came accross a Man that is elderly and wants out of all of His properties.
We are working on particulars for the properties. I will over this next week be looking into each property.
He has 2 MH Parks, 1 Apartment complex 40 + units, 3 Houses around 50k each.
He is willing to Owner Finance them...... I am very interested in the Parks, as they are in a very nice area and stay full with great cash flow.
Also I want the 3 houses...
Not sure where this is all going but I will keep you updated.
Oh BTW, case you wondering how motivated He really is, He Owner Financed a Park to another man 100% of it just so the man would take over management and expenses.
He said He wants out, and He means it in that He doesnt have to manage them anymore.
Great potential.
