Help With Laws And Moving Mobile Home
I own a mobile home and am trying to find out about moving it on some land. I live in maryland and Heared I can only move it to a piece of property that is zoned farm Land. Is this True? Would I be able to buy a piece of land that is not farm land and move my trailor on it. Help!!!!! :-o
Call your zoning office ask what zones r ok for mobile home or man. home btw is it single or dw?
I agree. Check your deed for the land for any restrictions. Here in Ohio, a lot of land is restricted 'no singlewides'. If there are no restrictions on the land itself, check with the zoning office.
