Granny Flat / Casita Type Unit
Seeking new or used small modular home to place in my backyard as a granny flat (So. Calif). Needs to be under 350 sf, prefer studio type set up. My home is spanish style - would like a similar elevation. Recommendations as to vendors /re-sellers, prices would be very much appreciated.
Some of the little homes here may be able to be modified to be spanish style. Some are as small as 100 sq. ft but not spanish style. Good luck!
