Good Or Bad Deal?
Hi everyone. I was looking in the local paper and saw a 1999 14x52 Cavelier, 2 br, 1 bath, with new carpet and fresh paint. I was thinking about buying this for a rental property but it has to be moved from it's current location. They are asking $17,000 for it . Please let me know your thoughts.
Any home that has to be moved should never cost that much. I wouldnt do it.
Ditto, keep looking for appropriate deals.
I would also get a better price for it, but also make sure you have a place to put it and the 2 grand or more it will take to move it. Also I would have it sold before it got to the location or at the very least rented out.
