Getting ready to make my first calls. What to ask?
I just started reading about the MH side of this and drove through my local MHP's and found all kinds of good stuff. I found 3 or 4 for sale, one I know has been for sale for a long time and quite a few sitting vacant.
Just curious as to what types of questions to ask. I have got a list of questions started, but I would love to here some feedback from all of you so I sound as experienced as possible. I do not want anyone to think that these are my first ones, I want to sound like I've been doing it for awhile. I feel like I know alot about it from studying here at the forum, and I think I am comfortable enough to dive in.
I just thought some support would be that much more help to me.

cant help you with a script. The best way to sound experienced is to get experience. My only advise is to keep it honest. Even when I make a ridiculously low offer that would be insulting, I do it "matter of factly" but honestly.
