Getting A Survey On A Mobile Home Lot
I am in the process of purchasing an older mobile home and lot...tthe lot has never been surveyed so thought I would get one to be sure where the lines are...the surveyor told me it cost more to get a survey since one has never been done. It is $150 more than the last survey I got and that was on a MUCH bigger piece of property. Is this true ??? I only want one since I highly suspect the neighbors fence is over the line...
