Finding The Value Of A DW
I found a man who handles DW and SW repos. He is selling them and rock bottum prices. For Example - he is offering me a 95 clayton 3bd/2bth 1500+ sq ft with appliances for 15k. It is still in great shape - but has to be moved. I found a mover and a buyer w/land. All I have to do is organize the transaction - aka, flip the DW. One problem - how do I estimate fair market value on this DW?? I think I am going to be coming into some good finds soon...I just need to know...how good?!?!

You should be able to find a better price than 15K on a 95 MH regardless of the manufacturer... I know because I do it every day. Make it a great day!
